Creative Collab with Bondi Liquor Co

When one of Bondi’s coolest craft distilleries calls, you answer with your camera, moodboard, and a cocktail in hand.

I recently had the chance to collaborate with Bondi Liquor Co — the beachside brand that’s all about handcrafted spirits, vibrant flavours, and that iconic Bondi lifestyle. From the very first chat, it was clear this wouldn’t be your average content shoot. They wanted something real, playful, and totally on-brand. My kind of vibe.

The Brief?

Capture their essence: bold drinks, laid-back beach culture, and the buzzing community around their bar and distillery.

What we did:

• Creative Direction & Content Creation – From concept to reel, I led the whole visual process.
• Behind-the-Scenes + Lifestyle Shots – Think: bartenders in action, golden hour cocktails, ocean breeze energy.
• Reels & Short-Form Video – Because let’s be honest, this brand was made for scroll-stopping content.

The goal was to create visuals that felt fresh, natural, and a little cheeky — just like a sip of their signature gin. We played with shadows, natural light, movement, and a few spontaneous cheers (yes, taste testing was involved… for the sake of the art, of course).

Why we loved this project

There’s something magic about working with brands that are rooted in their place. Bondi Liquor Co isn’t just a distillery — it’s a whole vibe. Local, independent, and passionate about what they pour.

This project also felt like a perfect match for ili the studio. It's exactly why I do what I do — helping lifestyle brands tell their story through creative content that actually feels like them.
